Great products and terrible service. Had a prescription that was filed as urgent and the compounder gave quote and a timeline of 24 hrs for pickup (5pm delivery window). 3 days later I had to call back and they had not started working on it apparently and gave a partial fill with what they had on hand. Now it’s 1 week since they received the prescription and I’m still waiting on the rest of the order which I was already charged for. I have never had an issue with People’s Rx until I needed to have a prescription compounded. When I did, my experience was very disappointing. I was told when filling that the prescription would be ready in two days. Instead it was not ready for 7. When it finally was ready, we learned of an administrative issue with my provider’s script where an ingredient I am allergic to was used in the compounding.
