We rent with them and they are always nice. We are in the middle of a service request right now and they were so quick to set up an appt for us while also respecting our time and space. We haven't had any issues with them and hopefully never do. ☺️ Will update if I ever feel the urge to!
We rent through ppm and all I can say is they are an Absolutely wonderful Management company. Very friendly and very Friendly, very professional. They said we can Contact them anytime and they are eager to help us. I can tell they have been in the property management business for a while and I know we are an excellent hands.
People’s has been managing our rental properties for us for the past 2 years. Highly recommend them if you need or want a property manager. They do a great job screening tenant and making sure the property is well taken care of. They’ve taken a lot of the stress off my plate of dealing with tenants, repairs and maintenance.
