Took my grandma out for her 85 birthday this evening. Service sucked. A table of 4 was sat after us and about 20 minutes later a 2 top. And both tables got there food before we did. My bison burger was over cooked and there was no aioli on the bun,leaving it very dry. I have had great take out experience and in the past loved the food.. Service needed to ask how things are and kill us with kindness no matter how he/she's day goes. We were patient and polite. And tipped her..
The food was delicious! Service was first rate also. Will go back again. Want to try their breakfast menu.

Absolute favorite restaurant in the cities hands down for breakfast, lunch , dinner AND coffee!! Great outdoor seating area as well!
Great food last night. And great service--above and beyond. A member of our party noticed the start of a food allergy reaction, so the meal was replaced with another with no charge for either.
I'd detail all of the problems we had when we came in but I'm sure the response (which wouldn't arrive for several weeks to months based on your past practice) would just be "come back and we'll be better." Why on earth would I do that? There's way too many other options. Besides, you know the old saying: "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me."
