Update: 01 July 2025, laundry room vent still leaks, even though it was supposedly fixed, the manufacturer refused to send someone. Their excuse was that the 1 year warranty had expired! 2 yrs later and still NOT all the DEFECTS were NOT Fixed! Was Finally told the 1 YEAR Warranty has expired! Even though the pending defects were reported/emailed BEFORE the end of the 1yr Warranty period! 21 November 2023, finally had most of the warranty defects done! But some were not done right! Update: 01 July 2025, still having problems! Laundry room vent still leaks! It was supposedly fixed, but it's been leaking every time it rains! Contacted the manufacturer, but they refused to come fix it due to the 1 Year warranty being expired! 14 August 2023, still waiting for parts and repairs! 12 June 2023, Main shower leaking into living room!
