Astonishing
Went in for some warranty work with a custom piece of jewelry. The two ladies (Fatima & Afua) helping find my warranty info were incredibly helpful. The computer system could not find it even after reaching out to their people looking to get my warranty. They continued and were able to locate the info ad help get the jewelry off for warranty repair that day, instead of waiting a few weeks till I brought in the paperwork delaying repair time! Extremely thorough and excellent to deal with. Thank you!
