Bought a silver bracelet for our son as a Christmas gift. Was too big. Tried to go in and have a few links taken out and tried to charge over $100 and would have to be taken out. Maybe should have discussed this with the customer when purchasing.

Amazing deals and People's never disappoint me when it comes to buying gifts for family or treating yourself. MJ was very professional in her dealing - she listened to what I was looking for and then made sure that my purchase stays within my budget which involved few run around the shop to pick & choose what I like. Loyal customer since for all my Canadian life and still counting.
