I was ignored for about 10 minutes while literally sitting between the display case and the register. I eventually had to acknowledge the male associate myself just to get someone to speak with me, after the female associates had also ignored me. When another woman cut in ahead of me, the male associate helped her first. Afterward, instead of returning to assist me, he left to get a Tim Hortons coffee for someone in the back room. I struggled trying to find something with rubies, and I went to 4 different stores before I came to peoples, and I met Tracy there and omg!! She was a life saver she helped me out and found exactly what I was looking for she made it a really amazing experience and ill definitely come back thank you so so much!!!
