Avid was extremely helpful, patient, and understanding. She wasn't overly pushy like a car salesman and when we left the first time to browse other stores, she wasn't upset (unlike other salespeople at different stores). She made the experience very comfortable for us and I'm very happy with the ring we decided on. Thank you!
