My daughter brought a bracelet in to be fixed the clasp broke after the first use . The store told her there would be a small charge for the repair , they charge her $60.00 , I believe they should have called her with the cost before they went ahead with the repair as the bracelet was bought on a promo for 40.00 but was valued at over 100.00. I have purchased many items from peoples over the years but after this I will be taking my business elsewhere!
I went to one store and they weren’t even able to service our needs. We had to drive across town to go see Adrianna. By the way we drove 15 hours. She’s always helpful and welcoming!
