I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Rose and Bobbi at Peoples in Market Mall. I originally went in to have my engagement and wedding rings checked and cleaned, but ended up upgrading both to my dream rings. Had the ring checkup at Peoples yesterday. Usually when I go for inspection, the staff just clean and polishes it since it was covered under warranty. I was moved to see the customer service skills by the Assistant Manager lady named Atara, who was genuinely kind and compassionate towards the customer and providing more benefits and details about the warranty which I was unaware of. Thank you Atara and kudos to People for having an employee like her! Gracias!
Very Poor Service Staff is Unprofessional Sale Woman ROSA Arrogant and disrespectful with customer. Bad Experience I tried twice to complain but nobody replied back
