I’m very disappointed with the customer service at People’s Jewellers. My wife went in for a simple resizing, polishing, and service on her wedding ring — a ring I purchased from People’s because the store manager at the Coquitlam, BC location clearly told me that People’s offers lifetime free polishing and servicing for products bought from them.
