First time writing a review, we purchased a silver neckless less than two months ago and just opened to use it but the chain color was changed to black/dark, seems there was a manufacturing defect. For our 32 Anniversary, I decided to buy my husband a New Ring! He had already bought me a new one (and band) four years ago and I return every six months for a free cleaning and check up. We met Chelsea, who provided Excellent Service and Knowledge about the type of metals, purpose, stock and pricing. I wish I could give more stars! Christa Bzdel was amazing!! She was extremely helpful and was able to find my dream ring, wedding band and my now fiancés ring. Peoples Jewellers Sunridge Calgary I brought in a white gold necklace to have a new clasp put on. The lady I was dealing with told me that the cost would be $60 so I went ahead with the work order. We just received an email that the chain is now ready for pickup and to call them. Once we called them they now told us that the repair was going to be around $150 instead which is almost 3 times the amount we were quoted and were told the lady we were dealing with didn’t know what she was talking about.
