Sarah and Catherine were amazing, I needed help getting my watch to the correct date, and needed to get it fitted. They did it with ease and a smile on their face. 10/10
Very dissapointed with some staff. Its the holiday season where people spend money. You just flat out say all the sales for necklace ended up 3 days ago without even asking/recomending or searching your website first. Is that not a required skill for your job? I'll just wait for my fav staff that i probably on vacation.
Went to this store to find a birthday present for my self with my husband, we were helped by an associate named Justina, and it was an awful experience. We had come in with a budget and after explaining to Justina what we were looking for we were met with judgement. We found a few rings we liked but decided to keep looking and come back if we decided those rings were our top ones.
