Sahil at south centre location was great help. He was so knowledgeable and friendly , explained everything in details. I was looking for a gift for my friend’s daughter and he made sure to make my experience a great one.
We went in today to get my wife's wedding band resized, while the Salesperson Lynchen started that process for us, we spotted a ring that my wife absolutely fell in love with and we decided on the spot to buy that ring instead of the resizing. Lynchen was fantastic in switching gears from the resize to the new purchase, she explained in detail the warranty program which we opted into, she also showed us the diamond identifier markings while she too pictures for the warranty records. My fiancé and I went to get our wedding bands and the service and selection was very good. The saleswoman who helped us, Lynchen, was very knowledgeable and friendly.
