Disgusting is how I would describe my latest interaction with this store! If I could give a negative store value it would be -5 stars! The service was horrible. I took my pendant (purchased from Peoples) in to get a new bail, it took almost a month to get back and when I did, it had a hole in it, the jeweler had gouged my pendant, sent it back to the store, called me for a pick up and this is what I got back! Went in to get my fiancées wedding ring. We had the pleasure of being helped by Sarah. She was super friendly and bubbly and even remembered us from when we were looking at engagement rings almost a full year prior. She was fantastic and I would recommend everyone to go see her! She absolutely deserves a big raise!
I stopped by People's to buy something for my husband and was greeted by Sarah, she really listens to your situation and puts real effort into helping you find what works for you. I looked at a few rings myself while I was there and there was zero pressure. I went back a few days later with my husband to pick myself a new ring and she was so patient while I went back and forth trying to decide. Recommend Sarah at South Centre 100%
