Ordered an engagement ring online to pick up in Kelowna. The ring came with a scratch on the diamond, so we returned it and re-ordered and the second one had a scratch as well. The staff could not give me an explanation as to how that could even happen. The one staff told me they use lower quality diamonds for a silver ring so I should buy gold and get a higher quality diamond! I went to the Kelowna location to take care of a couple things and received great customer service from Judy. I brought in some diamond earrings to get cleaned and appraised and a backing replaced because my wife had lost one of them. After taking care of concerns just helped me with a set of pearl earrings.
