Me and a buddy went in to buy 2 watches the Manager Alex was a pleasure to meet he let us look around and go at our own pace, and when we needed help he was there to answer all of our questions and gave us the best customer service, I will certainly be returning, I can tell he has a ton of passion for the business and has joy doing what he does, hands down down great experience.
My fiance and I came here shopping for wedding bands, a little less than 3 weeks until our big day. We were greeted and approached by Alex, the store manager and he provided us with the most personable, experienced and excellence of service. I easily and happily left with two wedding bands for myself and ordered my fiance's ring online with engraving. Good product, good service, good price!
I went to this store on 17th August 2025, Sunday at 5pm, saw a ring in their clearance section for 1500 and loved it a lot. I was willing to leave 50% deposit on the ring and get the rest of the money within a few days. Jashandeep Kaur(Jazz), who was my service agent at the time, told me that they don't take deposits but they can hold the ring for some time and I can call them within 24 hours to confirm if I want it or not.
