Popped in on Saturday to People's Jewelers, as I have a new watch and was seeking some assistance with getting the band fitting properly. Needed some links removed. I wish I asked for her name so I could include here, but the Manager/Asst Manager, was awesome at quickly getting my band fitted just right and the small fee requested was collected on behalf of Winnipeg's Children's Hospital. How good is that! Great service and highly recommend.
Very disappointing and frustrating experience. This is already the second time the price at checkout did not match the price listed on the website. This is a basic issue that should not happen in a professional store. Instead of fixing the problem, we were told to wait for a manager who kept us waiting for over 30 minutes while dealing with other customers. Amazing service . I had a custom wedding ring that needed a new Iridium done . I could not find my warranty but Alex the manager there was incredible. He found me in the system , sent the ring away and soon enough it was back and I swear looks better than new. Will do doing all my business here from now on.
