I had great experience and the one helped me was Hoshne Ara 😊 I came to the store twice, 22/12 and 23/12. Both of the times Hoshne Ara showing she is super helpful and friendly. She explained everything clear, by understanding my expection, as well as my budget. We finally got the beautiful 2 carat diamond ring, at a reasonable price and affordable 😊 I want to give thanks to Hoshne Ara again and hopefully will be back one day with another product 😝

Yesterday, I visited Peoples Jewellery and experienced an unpleasant situation. The salesperson — a girl from India (unfortunately, I did not catch her name) — made an inappropriate joke during my ring exchange. When I referred to the exchange process as ‘stupid,’ she responded by asking if my boyfriend was ‘stupid.’ This was completely unprofessional and offensive. Such comments are unacceptable in a customer service setting. I hope this feedback helps improve the service quality moving forward.
