I went to the store yesterday with my mom and my daughter, I was looking for a earring for my 9 months old baby. And the customer service at this store was terrible. The employees name started with “N” Nick, Nico something like that, I believe. She was very rude and not friendly at all. We were constantly buying our jewelry from this store, but after the way this employee treated me and my mom I will never go back to any other store of them and will not recommend to anyone else. Outstanding service! I came in to the store at Tanger to have my jewelry cleaned and serviced, and Fahima and Khawla went above and beyond. Not only did they make everything sparkle like new, but they also helped me locate missing diamond bond numbers and organized all the paperwork for me. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile will save me so much time and hassle on future visits. Everyone was professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. I truly felt valued as a customer. Highly recommend!
