Joanne was very helpful and knowledgeable when helping my finance and I to purchase wedding bands. We can’t thank her enough!
Stopped by in the early afternoon on October 20th to do an exchange, and the older lady working was very sharp when speaking. She even complained openly that the piece I was returning had a tangle in it — which happened just from being in the box while transporting it between stores. Things happen! Her attitude completely turned me off, so I left and went to another jewellery store instead to find the pieces I was looking for for my child. Definitely not the level of service I expected from People’s Jewellers.
