I had a really negative experience at this store today, particularly after going out of my way beforehand to make sure my request could be accommodated. Yesterday, I booked an online “Service and Repair” appointment to have my engagement ring resized on a tight timeline. Resizing wasn't an option on the booking form, so I selected the closest category and clearly explained in the notes what I needed, my exact need-by date for my wedding, and asked to be contacted if the timeline would be an issue.
