My mother brought a ring here that the gem kept falling off. Thankfully, my father had purchased a warranty that fixed those. She had dropped off her ring to get it fixed - as she has done mutliple times before, per her warranty - to then have them call her a week later and advise that they need to charge her to fix it. This, was incorrect. We showed them the warranty, and they advised the warranty had changed and no longer covered gems.
