Got a bracelet from the Yorkdale location and had some issues in the removal of some links, due to the material. Greatly appreciate Laila and Armina going the extra mile to reach out to numerous different jewelers that would work with the material. They definitely went over and above to what could of been asked for!
I’ve been holding back on writing this review about Gina because there is SOO many words to describe this wonderful person that came into our lives. She had a connection with me the second we sat down in that chair to choose out my engagement ring and wedding band. Gina has the biggest heart and will climb mountains to make sure her customers are happy and well taken care of.
