Lacks common sense and professionalism
This location provides excellent service, way better then the 2 other locations I have previously shopped at , Lindsay and Peterborough
Went in to look at rings with a friend. A kind younger guy was assisting us as we were looking around and told us the sterling silver rings we were looking at only came in size 10(no issue i assumed he was new for the holidays). An older blonde lady then comes behind the desk and begins talking to us and tells us “looking to buy a metal ring” as if we were less than for looking at the cheaper rings and tells us we can’t buy it if we don’t know the size. Thought I'd edit that when I did go to People's I did feel a little pressured to do a Google review as their managers have them ask the customers to do it while they wait. Not to say my review isn't true just felt a little pressured to do one. I've been to the People's here a few times to get my rings that I bought from Mappins to get fixed. The service was excellent and the associate Marne was lovely and knowledgable on the questions I had. She made the process smooth and as quick as she could.
