This was my first time shopping at Peoples Jewellers, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish! I worked with Jana, who was extremely patient, helpful, and informative about all the different options. There was zero pressure at all, and she truly helped me figure out the absolute best piece for what I was looking for. The whole process was relaxed, comfortable, and easy. Plus, the piece I ended up with is just stunning! I highly recommend working with Jana.
First off I have been a faithful/satisfied customer at peoples jewelers for two decades. I drove almost 100 km just to deal with PJ Coquitlam center to purchase my wife a birthday gift. All I can say is, it’s not the same store that I remember. Purchased gold men’s chain. Was told it was solid, Found out it was hollow and asked for solid one. Sold me second chain assuring me it was solid gold which was a lie. Had to argue for refund. Lady sales manager doesn’t know product and tells you anything to make a sale with false info. Corporate did not help. Save your money and go anywhere else without the lies
