The web and app interface has to be the worst bank I've ever seen. Nothing gets updated, ever. Nothing works. It's a terrible system.

If I could give 0 stars , that is what I would give. This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. If you need assistance on loans, or hardships, they treat you with no sympathy, very rude, and not helpful at all. I would recommend staying far far away from this bank, they are HORRIBLE.
They've been my bank now for almost 20 years and for the most part I've been relatively satisfied with them until recent months. I understand that safety in banking is always important but they've been taking it over the top and too far. My account got locked up for debit card purchases I was making that they were marking as attempted fraud. Called and had to go through a barrage of questioning just to get my card unlocked.
