The physical therapists are very knowledgeable applying all the knowledge they can to assist individuals with healing. They pinpoint the exact location of the pain and are able to address ways of assisting with relieving the pain if a client is willing to put in effort on the home program that is advised They care about each client and the clients journey. Friendly uplifting atmosphere. Huge shut out to Kevin Do, PT for his part in the successful recovery from my shoulder surgery and actually made physical therapy fun.
I absolutely 100% recommend PINN in Olympia. Kevin, Kayla, and Dennis have all been exceptional to work with. I honestly look forward to my therapy days lol.
This is the first time I have had an injury that needed me to start message therapy as well as PT. Well I have only been a few times but Jennifer is completely AMAZING!! She really takes the time to help me with my issues with my back as well as other areas. She has a great personality too, she really knows how to connect with her clients /patients. I went here just a few days ago for a massage appointment. The provider put cupping instruments on my inner wrist on my veins, She put cupping instruments on my inner hand on arteries and tendons. She also put cupping instruments on a surgical site where I have to have surgery redone . My hand is even more pain then it was before. I took photos. I also took video.
