Most disappointing medical supply that we have dealt with in some 25 years. Sending wrong supplies that take up to 13 days to be delivered is a habit of theirs. Even to the point of calling me a liar. Enough said?
Many incidents of very poor customer service over the past months. They don't call back, they lose messages, it's very disappointing from a business like this.
Empty canisters have been delivered with white cap indicating a tank with oxygen. I've had to race home to retrieve another canister because backup was empty ; and praise God, I was close to home. Now the compressor goes from green to yellow and stops making oxygen without an alarm sounding. Thank God again this happened during my waking hours. Delivery people were nice but not knowledgeable about their own products.
