The reason for the two stars is it all starts with the front desk. All the ladies at the reception are rude and no customer service skills (they definitely need retraining!!) no acknowledgment when walking up to them or at least a greeting. They are always on their phone and gossiping which is so unprofessional for the setting you are in. Just because this is a low cost clinic which is highly appreciated the customer service should still be at least up to par!
