Front desk needs better patient skills. There’s a particular one, sits at the chair closest to the health department window. She is rude to everyone I’ve had more than one tiff with her whether it be in person or over the phone. And I’ve seen her with other patients and god, she’s not there to help or try to solve problems it’s like she’s there to create more. P�sima experiencia. La atenci�n de la se�ora Maryori Godoy dej� much�simo que desear. Desde el primer momento fue descort�s, desagradable y con una actitud que hac�a sentir que atender a los pacientes era una molestia. Una l�stima que una cl�nica donde la gente acude buscando ayuda tenga alguien en recepci�n con tan poca empat�a y amabilidad. Pésima experiencia. La atención de la señora Maryori Godoy dejó muchísimo que desear. The reason for the two stars is it all starts with the front desk. All the ladies at the reception are rude and no customer service skills (they definitely need retraining!!) no acknowledgment when walking up to them or at least a greeting. They are always on their phone and gossiping which is so unprofessional for the setting you are in. Just because this is a low cost clinic which is highly appreciated the customer service should still be at least up to par!
