DO NOT USE THEM!! I wish I could give them a zero star. The “Manager” Carlos is so unprofessional. I was making my grandmothers payments never been late except this once. They wanted the payment on the 2nd I get paid on the 8th so now they are trying to repo her car. So me trying to explain that to Mr carols after speaking with an attorney he didn’t want to hear it. Started yelling at me through the phone and talking over me. I have the recording thanks to iPhones new features but absolutely not okay.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL CHEAT YOU YOU When my vehicle was totaled that was financed by peoples. They called the insurance company and gave them a larger payoff amount then was actually owed. I have all documentation they tried to keep the overage. BEWARE USING THIS COMPANY BECAUSE MY SON ALSO BOUGHT A VEHICLE THROUGH THEM THAT I COSIGNED AND THE ENGINE BLUE HE COULD NOT AFFORD TO REPAIR SO THEY REPO IT INSTEAD OF WORKING WITH HIM AND ALSO WHEN THEY SOLD IT AFTER REPO, THEY PROVIDED NO DOCUMENTATION WHATSOEVER OF WH... read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL CHEAT YOU YOU HAVE TO WATCH ALL STATEMENTS I was in wreck and my car was totaled, they fraudulently submitted an amount submitted an amount higher than payoff to insurance company so that I would not receive my portion of funds I caught them and reported them to BBB and have all documentation and they had to pay me my overage which I am now seeing on my credit report as still an incorrect amount they still owe me thousands but I cant provide exact amount because to this day they have not pro... read more
