Lauren & Natalie are the nicest woman & very humble & understanding I have had many loans with world finance & I started with the *****location to begin with about 6 years ago paid off my loan we ended up getting other loans at another location we should have just went back to *****. You want great customer svc friendly & understanding people to deal with them two lauren & natalie are top notch the are quick they do what they say there gonna do & the get the loan done. I had a loan with them. I am unable to pay because of some car repairs. I told them this, they keep wanting to information on my payroll information by calling my job asking my boss what bank does my check go into, how much is my check, what shifts do I work, and more.I have told them myself to never call my work ever again as that is a violation of my personal information. They will not listen to me at all. I will never do business with these people again. They are rude, they will not listen at all.
I have dealt with this company for almost nine years. They have always worked with me. The guys, Rich, Sam and Martin who no longer works there, were always very friendly. They have never been rude to me. I cannot complain about them.
World Finance, at **** **** ******* *******, ALWAYS provides fast, prompt, friendly, expert service and they show a lot of respect and professionalism towards their customers. For example, earlier this month of January 2019, Brittney and Falan were amazingly helpful and friendly with our loan needs and Beth is the branch manager and she is so helpful and kind as well. If you miss a payment for example I lost my job and could not pay. They will call you every day, threaten you, and basically just degrade you to the point where you feel worthless. Not a company i will do business with again.
