World finance called me and I was still denied from an online application that was done one month Prior, I would not recommend them to nobody but I do know another place that would love to help people in there time of need.
I had an auto loan originally with ******** ******* ****. I filed Bankruptcy Chp 13. ******** ******* ****went out of business. World Finance Corp bought my loan. My loan was paid off to World Finance through Bankruptcy Court. World Finance Corp had a 30 days time period to mail me my auto title. They mailed it later than 30 days and the title has ******** *******/World Finance on it. My loan got brought out from ******** finance, they they went out of state, I was never inform it was brought out. I found out when ******** finance would not process my payment so I went to their website. My account said I owe $300 left so I went to pay it. It jumped up saying I owe $334. I paid it a. They have a crazy charge on my credit report and shows i've been in charge off for the last 6 years. however, when you call the number they have attached to the credit report, someone picks up and then disconnects every time. So you can't even talk to a person. Have been trying to contact them for over a month about the information on my credit report.

I actually give these people a 0 review. After prequalifying for the loan we spoke with a Kristen in management who said she would be there until 6pm & would wait for my husband & I to arrive. Well we get there at 525pm they close at 530, she tells us she thought we weren't coming so she canceled the loan and once a loan was canceled a 24hour time period would have to go by before restarting the loan. This company is bogus. I had a an account to go into collections with World Finance for another company. They send me a settlement amount which I paid on April 1,2020. I have called to try to get it removed cause they are continually reporting negatively on my credit report every month but they said the only report every 7 years. They say they don’t do pay to delete, which I think is crazy. I just need them to delete it since it was a transferred account. Someone please help.
