Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Yes, I was given all the information before my treatment

All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. There was available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. They called to remind me about my upcoming appointment.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Yes Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Yes

The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I love going to see Dr. Peoples.
