This isn't a review of the folks at this branch, but the company as a whole. I do not recommend People Exchange Bank. I actually recommend you steer clear of them. If you have an issue with fraudulent charges, you will be up a creek without a paddle. The ONLY thing they can/will do is block your card and send a new one. They won't help you figure out who the merchant is, where the charges come from, or any tips on avoiding them. My brother, and his wife moved to Winchester right after I did. Sold big house in Florida, bought house in Winchester. They had banking accounts with Bank of America, as did I, for many years. Brother also bought Winnebago , paid cash for it. We both wanted to get away from B.O.A. and use local bank in Winchester, but when he decided to borrow 20 thousand to pay off and get rid of credit cards, the loan officer?
