RecommendedReliable power seldom get a flicker. When power does go out they find and fix the outage in a reasonable amount of time. If you know the source of the outage and call it in that goes a long way in them not having to search for it. 🤔 Thanks for all your efforts.

ATTN: Past Customers: Watch for your Capital Credits check. I’ve heard the following excuses more than once: A) We didn’t have a valid address for you. B) Your check was returned. C) We couldn’t reach you by phone. D) No checks were issued this year. E) We don’t issue checks for less than $25. After all this, they are now going to issue me a check for over $60 arriving by the end of December. Any bets? I’ll keep you posted.
It seems everytime the wind blows more than 10 mph or it rains we lose power. Although not for long periods of time it is equally as annoying. Other electric companies don’t have these problems. I would give anything to have Xcel. Xcel is not only cheaper but more reliable

Just in 2019 inconsistent service. When power is out it’s 4 plus hrs
