The staff upfront nurses were nice but I had a tooth extracted that was infected. After paying for two visits the same day back to back. I left paying over $400 out of pocket. After a couple tablets of an antibiotic (all she prescribed) my incision was still visibly infected. She refused to call me in any more antibiotics. I had to go to my MD to get additional medicine that they should've been more than willing to provide for me.
I appreciated being worked in with only a short notice when I needed a repair done yesterday. I was visiting from out of state so I was relieved that they could get me in to fix the problem. All the staff were friendly and professional.
The Dr. and her crew was very nice and respectful. The front office staff were also very nice .
I just had a filling redone and a chipped tooth restored in the same visit. I have been to People's Dental multiple times and have always had a consistently pleasant (and I have dental procedure phobia), friendly and professional experience. No issues whatsoever other than my own nerves. Whatever kind of "novocaine" they use is great because it numbs super effectively but also wears off pretty fast so you can resume normal activities quickly. My 1st time ever visiting and walking into the facility I was welcomed by such a nice gentleman said to be the owner...I was taken back in a timely manner after given and and accepting my insurance...the staff was extremely nice and attentive...answering all my questions and concerns giving me options to the need of what im having done...I really enjoyed my first visit hoping to see them as being my Dentist in Starkville Ms...a great team..thank u all for ur kindness u are greatly appreciated
