This place is negligent pick and choose patients and the staff are miserable. We used to go to that facility for years but since January, we've notice a shift in the place. They assume we all don't speak English and I've heard staff (adult females) laughing at my quincenera outfit. My sister heard a medical staff saying 'Thank God, Trump will clean this place', and this person proceed to bad mouth the current administration. They act like a private hospital for celebs they pick and choose based on personal referrals. The staff seems always distracted and nobody takes responsibility for anything. A lot of chiefs and a handful of workers really trying to meet whatever goals of customer service they have left.
My wife has a lump on one of her lymph nodes, we scheduled an appointment a month in advance just to be told two weeks before the appointment that they decided to cancel it? This is wrong on so many levels. I think there is some sort of corruption going on where if you know someone that works here they will cancel other peoples appointments to make room for you. If you read previous comments you can confirm this. If this has happened to you I advise reporting it to the better business bureau. I know I am.
