Worst place to come to waited 2hours to get seen ridiculous never again
Went to the urgent care for my daughter got there and there’s nobody to check her in and 15-20 minutes later the lady came out and rudely said we’re closed and it wasn’t 6pm yet
Don’t waste time or energy going for urgent care. They only see 8 patients at a time . No waiting list. Basically they turn you around soon as you walk through the door. I went two separate times and was told they were at their max limit .
The doctors and therapists have been amazing and have helped me out alot. But the staff is so unorganized it's been making just rescheduling a simple appointment a nightmare. I have called at three different times today and been on hold for over 10 minutes each time. I have left voicemails and sent emails and have gotten no responses. I don't want to change therapists, but I think it's time to move on. To clarify, I am speaking about the Waterloo staff. The Clarksville staff has been great and always on top of of things.
