Was on the phone for 30m and noneone could help me confirm if my prescription was ready or not. I drove 1.5 hours to find out they close at 4:30. Google indicates it closes at 5pm😒
This place is no help they have no emergency same day or even same week appointments available for people in need how sad they told me it would take up 2, to 3 weeks to get an appointment
My provider has been for the most part knowledgeable and helpful. However they are not quick to respond to messages (sometimes waiting over a week). Clínica has now completely removed their online patient portal meaning the only way to access your medical records or contact your physician is to call the phone they never answer or come in person. This is the sad excuse for "healthcare" the low income and disenfranchised get. Since I ended up in the hospital because of these clowns I don't think it can be called healthcare. This is a non-profit they get Federal and State money and don't really deserve it. No matter your income or status you have right to good healthcare, to have a say in your treatment. Honestly if I can give 0 stars I will. Due to unforeseen events my mother was 3 minutes late to her appointment. What transpired from her visit was not just disheartening but also unprofessional. When she arrived to the clinic, she was told by the nice front staff that because of her tardiness they weren’t able to see her today. After explaining the issue for her tardiness, she was then told that the Doctors don’t have time to see her at this time.
