I had a very poor experience with this facility. I rented a unit online and was given a gate code that did not work, leaving me stuck at the entrance with no way to access the property. There was no on-site manager available, and I was unable to reach anyone for immediate help. After driving all day, I ended up having to involve a wrecker service and even law enforcement just to get out of the gate. This should never happen at a storage facility. Decent storage facility but the lady at the front desk it rude. Perhaps if she hates having to work she should quit.

Amazing customer service, very friendly, knowledgeable, and affordable. Facility is clean and well lit, highly recommend. Kesha is extremely helpful and amazing.
