Usually mike is absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately he hasn’t come out to us for 5 months now. We are seeing a lot of bugs. We have called, left messages and texted. He has gotten back to us one time and explained that he had a family emergency and had to go out of town and he was sorry and could come out as soon as we need him to. That was over a month ago.
