We used People’s Choice for our home purchase last summer based on a friend’s recommendation, and didn’t have a great experience. We have had a few issues with needed repairs to the home in the months since, most of which should have been noticed and included in our inspection report, but were not. The day of our inspection, while the inspector was friendly enough, we were told there was really no reason for us to be there and were encouraged not to stick around for the full inspection. Scott did an awesome job of answering my questions and pointing out potential problems on my home inspection. Will definitely contact again should I need another inspection. I had to bring my son with me and Scott also answered his questions as well :D
