I’m currently in the process of buying my first home and chose to hire Dave from People’s Choice for the inspection. This is actually my second time working with him. The first time, he helped us with a home that we ended up not purchasing due to major roof issues and other concerns he caught. We trusted him enough to hire him again, and once again, he delivered. He’s incredibly thorough, and I am impressed with how quick the turnaround time is! I highly recommend People’s Choice to anyone needing a reliable home inspection!
They missed an entire hole in the pipes so now there is shit water in my basement. That kind of thing is why I got an inspection.
If I could give them a 0 score I would! Please, for your and your family's safety, go anywhere else but here! Peoples Choice was recommended by our realtor at the time so, we trusted their judgment as well as the reviews. After living in the house for 4 weeks, our son started to lose all of his hair drastically due to mold exposure. We soon found that 3 of the 4 toilets in the house were caulked from previous owners without a notation in the report. We removed the toilets and found black mold all around the toilets. We had our home inspection last Saturday 01/18/25. Dave was outstanding! We appreciate the time and attention he spent on our inspection. Also, we were not expecting the completed report until Monday, but received a day early on Sunday! Excellent customer service. Overall, we highly recommend People’s Choice for your home inspection needs.
