Peoples Choice was recommended by our realtor at the time so, we trusted their judgment as well as the reviews. After living in the house for 4 weeks, our son started to lose all of his hair drastically due to mold exposure. We soon found that 3 of the 4 toilets in the house were caulked from previous owners without a notation in the report. We removed the toilets and found black mold all around the toilets. We had our home inspection last Saturday 01/18/25. Dave was outstanding! We appreciate the time and attention he spent on our inspection. Also, we were not expecting the completed report until Monday, but received a day early on Sunday! Excellent customer service. Overall, we highly recommend People’s Choice for your home inspection needs.
We used People’s Choice for our home purchase last summer based on a friend’s recommendation, and didn’t have a great experience. We have had a few issues with needed repairs to the home in the months since, most of which should have been noticed and included in our inspection report, but were not. The day of our inspection, while the inspector was friendly enough, we were told there was really no reason for us to be there and were encouraged not to stick around for the full inspection.
