Friendly personable service, made opening a business account very smooth. And I really like the help desk for their credit cards; they answer the phone really promptly and answer all questions.
I made the right decision moving to Peoples Bank. The employees gave me the feeling that i am more than just an account number. Friendly and professional team.
One of the worst banking institutions ever. I went in to apply for an account and the representative was the slowest, most unknowledgeable person I’ve ever met. He had to call people just to get through the process. One hour later no account. I didn’t even care at that point. I walked out and will never return. Save your time and go elsewhere!
What more can be said? Great service, a convenient Downtown location, friendly faces and a knowledgeable staff! Everyone from the bank tellers to the manager-Ms. Cernica-always greets me with a smile and a helping hand. I would not bank anywhere else.
