Great local bank with personalized and friendly service.
Friendly personable service, made opening a business account very smooth. And I really like the help desk for their credit cards; they answer the phone really promptly and answer all questions.
I made the right decision moving to Peoples Bank. The employees gave me the feeling that i am more than just an account number. Friendly and professional team.
One of the worst banking institutions ever. I went in to apply for an account and the representative was the slowest, most unknowledgeable person I’ve ever met. He had to call people just to get through the process. One hour later no account. I didn’t even care at that point. I walked out and will never return. Save your time and go elsewhere!
