Went in to cash a check had out of state ID so I expected it to take a while but the tellers would not stop harrassing me about opening an account with them since I just moved here. Im not just talking two or three times I mean it was almost every 60 seconds " are you sure you dont want to open an account with us today"
Unfortunately the tellers are not trained on basics, facilities do not work (could not get check printer to line up) and managerial staff have little to no customer service skills.
Very extremely helpful and friendly people work here. They always have a notary public present.
