Just used the ATM convenient downtown area.
Matthew Rogers called to talk with me about an issue I had at the bank this morning. He was very kind and willing to help me. I hope the customer service does improve. I opened my account in 1983. They financed my first car and my first house. I can say that most of the employees at People's Bank are great people.
They r ok,no problem
It takes this Bank an ENTIRE day to transfer funds from one Peoples Bank account to another Peoples Bank account. If you have automatic transfer (both accts within the same Branch) expect to have to wait one full day. I bet you if it were the account of the Bank’s President, those monies would be transferred immediately from one to another. The Peoples Bank: “The Bank that doesn’t care.” Keep as little $ as possible w/ this Bank & give another Bank your big investment.
The ATM always only gives you 20s and 10 dollar bills never larger bills I usually don't want 300 or 500 hundred dollars in all 10 dollar bills. You can not make an online account yourself you, actually have to go into the bank and have an employee set up the account for you. Most banks allow you to do it yourself online.
