First of all, I finally able to actually got to talk with a nice young man about the problems we had and everything was corrected and I am so appreciative to the young man who worked so diligently with me and my husband. These guys worked really hard to get everything done. Thanks for all your help David, I did want your name posted.
Great experience from start to finish! The team was professional, explained everything clearly, and the installation was quick and clean. Already seeing savings on my bill, highly recommend!
First of all this company has done nothing about the problems we have voiced. Elaine is never in her office to speak to customers. The office is suppose to be open here in Houston from 12:00 - 6:00 p.m. but qe never get an answer and voice mail is always full. So for all these people who give them rave reviews, you don't have the same problems. Kevin is great with trying to help but he's always busy with install. So cuddos to how you feel. There are others out here who don't feel the same way.
Updated Post: It saddens me to say, "People's Choice Solar", is the wrong choice. Find someone else for solar, if its something you're interested in.
