UPDATE; FEBRUARY 16, 2026; 1 of my Solar panels have NOT been working and I have contacted the mgr through whom I got this deal and have got SILENCE. As you can understand, I am very upset and now ACTIVELY looking at cancelling my Solar contract with them and get free from this mess. As you can understand, I am VERY UPSET with this mess. After my boyfriend and l having the solar panels installed there was absolutely no communication given, not to mention it took more than a month just to have cps come out; an error that they made on their end with lack of accountability or communication. Again more than a month later; they were installed late December and cps is barely set to come on February 9th. Avoid at all costs. They had my mother of older age looking for cosigners. 3+ months they took to install and still managed to damage her fence, lock, and plants. I came to find out they forged her signature and also a call pretending to be her. Absolutely ridiculous. You guys have to understand these companies don't care and will dip within a few years and leave you to deal with finance companies and also with technical difficulties that they are having with their batteries.
