I have had great response to questions and concerns but most of all my electricity went out and I didn’t know what to do or check with for the issue , I was given a phone number for AEP called and within 45 minutes they were here. The breaker booted out, and they fixed it ASP, and I was taught how to check if working. Excellent quick response and assistance. My electric bill has been $0
Elijah is extremely professional and even went above and beyond to fulfill my needs and concerns. We spent days working together and tracking daily to identify issues and correct them. Now panels charge batteries during the day and once the batteries are charged it moves to the electric grid so I can get buyback credit when times come. Then at night the batteries take over and you are golden afterwards. Thank you again Elijah!!!!

I jumped the gun early and give this wonderful team a bad rate. I think I didn’t give them time to react and that was unfair on my part. Once they were aware of all my concerns they addressed them immediately followed by phone calls for good measure. I was extremely unfair for me to give them a rate that they don’t deserve. Thanks to the team for their immediate response and action. I am extremely happy now .
