For starters I always order on the app. My coffee is like always great. They've only had like one mishap in the year and a half I've been going there. Im lactose intolerant and they put in regular milk and oatmeal, but they fixed it right away no problem, So why is it every single time I asked for light ice on my large drinks it seems to be extra ice.
