I’d been struggling with anxiety and depression for sometime but the caring psychologist here helped me. It's reassuring to know I can discuss my issues with a caring professional. Reception team was very friendly when I called, and did follow-up on my questions.
We had an appointment with Anita, and just while my partner is crying and explaining something (roughly 15 minutes into the session) Anita said "admin has notified me that we haven't received payment." Now, mind you, I have contacted the admin 3 times to pay (they want referral for rebate, I'm saying no just send the whole amount and I'll pay) and they didn't reply.
