was a bit upset i drove all the way from orillia to thier store front to pick up blanks in person only to see they closed thier store down and only sell via Online. but website still says they are open on dundas st. I asked if there was a place to buy in person becaise I p refer local pickup when I am in Toronto. as shipping costs is crazy. Please if Possable can you offer somewhere to pick up locally. because i have extreme issues with UPS not delivering my packages or items get stolen. or takes multiple days to get package... read more
This place was great but it's now closed down.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! I needed buttons and they were not comparable with my machine despite me ordering the correct size, and to return it they made me pay the cost of shipping ($50) to return them. I will not be ordering from them again, ever. Save your money, order elsewhere.
What AMAZING customer service. I called explaining that I needed 1000 custom buttons made for a funeral that was in 2 days. I placed my order in the afternoon and they were able to have them ready for pickup the following day. Clive was super friendly and very helpful, and was patient with my multiple calls. Thank you SO SO much!
