Please be very careful signing a lease with this company. We lived here for almost two years, renewed our lease after a year, which was a mistake. We were never given a copy of the new lease nor was one in the “portal”. Called to find out what the fee was to break the lease twice.. I was given the same fee both times. Upon termination, that fee had increased by $600. I was told “oh well”. Terrible customer service.
