They placed our loved one, a vulnerable adult with an SMI and heart failure, in grave danger in the middle of winter. A caretakers worst nightmare for their loved one 💔. Mice everywhere too 😫

This place was okay when I was there (early 2022), but I could sense Robin had acrimonious dealings with people. Not me though. The main reason I give it 5 stars is because I went to Touchstone Lyric Lane after this, and it was the worst experience of my life. I cannot underscore that enough: Touchstone is a corrupt, racist company, and by all comparisons People Inc is a magic carpet ride.
Nurse Robin Pettit RN is the main reason that this Business/provider fails miserably but there are other characters who display DECEPTION and DISHONESTY that permeates throughout the business that it must be part of their mission statement. When I did my phone interview with WILL I made it abundantly clear that I suffer from Severe Sleep Apnea and as a result I don't get up until 10:30 to 11am.
