Awful! All around awful! Came out to repair a Trane AC that he installed in our home about 4-5 years ago. Claimed that the coil needed replacing (just so happened to have it on hand). He said I can replace it now for $2000 (the part was covered by warranty so this was above that). Would not write the quote on letterhead, only on a scrap piece of paper. Expensive, unprofessional and rude.
Totally reliable, knowledgeable and professional. Have used this company for various properties for all kinds of services. New installation, replacement, repairs, etc. The technician has always been honest and the prices are fair. Work has always been fast, clean, and with great quality and attention to details. Highly recommended.
Unethical. Ruben is absolutely the worst person to deal with. Make sure you get anything from him in writing up front and be prepared to have to fight to hold him to it. Absolute nightmare dealing with this guy. Save yourself frustration and money . . . find someone else. There are a million Trane Authorized Dealers in the Central Florida Area. Find one that is ethical and not a scammer.
Ruben was very professional, he really knows his stuff an expert in his field, honest, trustworthy and fair! Would highly recommend his service to all!
