Hair stylists were nice but hair rebond went wrong. Spent almost 8hrs in the salon and the result is not good. My hair was brittle after three days i rinse. Doesn't look good at all.🥺
I’ve been a loyal client at Peony since 2025, so I was honestly very disappointed with my experience today. My appointment was at 11:30 AM. The lady at the front was extremely rude and disrespectful. I have been going to Peony Nails for over a year, but unfortunately, I feel the level of service has declined significantly. On one occasion, I asked about two staff members I had previously seen there and was told they were “on vacation.” They never returned, which left me feeling that I had not been given an honest answer.
