We made appointments for 4:30pm, got out of work early to make sure we were on time, and they did not take us until 5:15pm. Do not expect to be taken on your scheduled appointment. I was looking forward to trying out Peonies after all the great reviews. Great pedicure, clean facility and the massage during your manicure is a nice touch. However for $55, I would expect better. Disappointed and Hurt by Racial Profiling I had an extremely upsetting experience at this nail salon. I was denied the use of their ATM without a clear explanation, while others were allowed to use it without issue. The staff’s behavior toward me felt targeted and discriminatory, and I was treated with blatant disrespect. I was met with coldness from the door. Super clean! I love this place. Foot massages are the best.
The woman who did my regular gel polish manicure rushed through it. My nails were already clean so she didn't attempt to clean them at all. You don't soak your hands first here. They do it the entire process dry. And what I didn't realize at the time ts that she didn't paint the gel polish all the way over the edges of my nails so 2 two days later and two of them are already noticably chipped. Great experience with Veronica! She was absolutely amazing. The salon was clean and organized. The staff was very friendly. It was my first time there and I will be back!
